Our company was founded by Eugene over 8 years ago. Coming from an IT background he started his journey in the telecommunications industry as a subcontractor for Mr Antenna. A couple of years later, Eugene joined Jim’s Antennas group as a franchisee. Working for the well-known names in the trade has been a very important learning curve. It also helped him understand what changes are needed to make his business stand out from the rest.

Starting on your own has never been easy, but when you have support from your loyal customers, it is worth the risk! We can proudly say – the majority of our business comes from referrals and feedback left by our customers. We are forever grateful to have this wonderful support group. We don’t go for the highest profit we can get from a single customer – our aim is to leave the most positive experience from our services. We want our customers to have no doubt in referring us to their friends and family. And you can only do this by being honest and giving your best in every single job.

Eugene has personally selected and trained our technicians to perform work to his standards. And when it comes to anything he does – it must be prefect! His moto is “give it your 100% or don’t do it at all”. To have this confidence in our technicians we don’t subcontract, we employ to provide them with the necessary training in technical skills and customer service.
